Nilmini De Silva, Island in the Clouds (August Theme: Weather)

Located on the edge of the Australian Continent, Shark Bay is one of the world’s greatest wilderness treasures. I was fortunate to spend a few days here earlier this year to see this incredible landscape from the air. On my last flight we flew into some light puffy clouds. It was an awesome experience. When I spotted this bit of land from the air, it just looked like an island in the clouds.
