Jo Howes, Holy smoke (ENTRIES CLOSED - January theme: Summer)

Fires are a common feature of Aussie summers. This is from the summer of 2020 when much of Victoria was covered in smoke. This man was having a beer and contemplating the smoke haze, the light on the table in the relatively dark pub caught my eye, and even after all these years I still love this photo.
