This image is one of my favourite photographs I’ve taken this year. I stepped outside my comfort zone by attending a rally where tensions were high, aware that placing myself in the middle of the crowd carried risk. Confronting that discomfort allowed me to document the moment up close, capturing the intensity, emotion, and human friction present on the street.
