Alicia Vaccaro, Foggy Mountains (SOFT LIGHT - Entries close 31 May 2026)

I was driving along the coast near Airey's Inlet at dusk and a series of showers had just passed through. I stopped at the Split Point Lighthouse lookout and saw the fog/rain clinging to the cliffs which contrasted with the soft blue of the ocean. Camera - Nikon Z6 Lens - Nikkor Z 24-200 Focal length - 165mm Aperture - f/20 ISO -100 Shutter speed - 2.5 secs Shot in a tripod with a circular polarising filter Cropped image to zoom in on the mountains. Used curves to balance highlights. Removed dust spots. Regular final adjustments
