Edward Summerhays, Flight (January theme: Unusual Angles)

Weeks on end of cold cloudy weather made an already strange Christmas even stranger. On the 5th of January 2021, the blue sky revealed itself for the first time in weeks. What seems to be common as a result of this pandemic is the appreciation of the things we have always taken for granted. As I pulled out my camera, an aeroplane crossed the path of the cloud I was intending to photograph, which was another reminder of something we all took for granted; that being travel.
