Peter Murrowood, Feeding time at the Ressie (Wildlife and Animal 2019)
On a walk around Kennigton Reservoir i noticed a group of swallows perched on a dead limb in the water. Other swallows were circling in the air. Periodically the young swallows would start chirping and bouncing up and down. Seemingly at random, an older swallow would fly in and deposit food food in the mouth of one lucky youngster. This continued for quite some time until i finally moved on.
