Kay Comino, Encounter with a White Bellied Sea Eagle (SINGLE SHOT 2023)
Shorncliffe Boat Ramp Qld. Early one morning I noticed 3 white bellied sea eagles perched in the trees across the creek instead of their usual fly-by. 2.5 hours of waiting, the local fishermen checked their crab pots in a small tinnie. This is what the white bellied sea eagles were waiting for. They knew that scraps would be thrown out to them. There were 3 adults. This one did a very low fly-by. They are magnificient creatures from a distance and even more breath-taking up close. It was very special moment in time.
