CHRISTINA MCILROY, Distant Sky Orange (SINGLE SHOT 2023)

On a brisk early morning, whilst walking along the foreshore of Tin Can Bay Qld, as the sun tries to peer through the clouds a DISTANT ORANGE SKY caught my eye and I moved down onto the sands, as the tide was out it revealed the mangroves usually hide beneath the waters. I pulled out my Canon 90D setting it at - f/4.5 - 1/60 - ISO 100 - FL 18mm. Watching the clouds scatter across the sky as the sun rays pierced through, creating a magical elevation of the distant sky
