Kim Davies, Concentration (January theme: Unusual Angles)

I love this angle of shooting down on a subject looking down, particularly children. It is always a candid shot and they are usually in a "world of their own" concentrating deeply on something from as simple as a leaf to watching a program or video on an iPad. I often capture the object that they are fixed on as well but also just love the calm and stillness of the moment and that my presence with a camera is completely unnoticed. This image is my Granddaughter Poppy, she was enamoured with a rock.
