Andrew Bennett, Cocktail perfectionist (SINGLE SHOT 2022)

Having dinner in Broome, I noticed Oscar making cocktails. I was struck by his total focus on getting it right. The fact that Oscar is photogenic, the lighting superb, and the vibe great, all added to me wanting to get this shot. And I have to say, the cocktails were superb!
