Helena Kristel, Church on a hill, Grundarfjörður - Iceland (SINGLE SHOT 2023)

On my recent trip to Iceland, I was fascinated by their beautiful churches and everywhere I went, I photographed the church. I stayed in this town for two nights and loved this scene, the famous Kirkjufell mountain was lit up and in the background. I liked the leading line to the statue beside the church. It was not often that I encountered dry weather, blue in the sky, and some sunshine so was delighted to capture this scene.
