Stuart Bell, CELESTIAL (LANDSCAPE 2023)

Celestial; a series of images showcasing our galactic neighbours against with what I hope you find to be interesting subjects. The Pilbara region of Western Australia dishes up some unique perspectives in which to harness these and I trust the viewers appreciate the planning and untold effort it takes to capture such moments. The Moon – A stairway and phenomenon across the low tide mud flats to our closet celestial neighbour. The Sun – Captured as a sun star through the spiny rock formations known as Vertically Plunging Schist. The Stars – As trails through a window of a long-ago abandoned Morris truck. The Milky Way Core – A selfie between the halves of a massive granite boulder.
