North Queensland may not have the coldest of winters but there are definitely signs around that winter has arrived and one of those is the flowers on the cane paddocks start appearing which also means that over the next couple of weeks the skies will often be glowing with the dancing flames as they progressivally burn off the years crop and this result in a regular fall of Burdekin snow.
