Judith Morgan, Calm Before (MINIMALISM - Entries close 31 July 2026)

This image was shot in the calm waters of the Inside Passage of Alaska. Using a Canon R6 Mark II with a RF 24-240mm lens at 31mm, I used an exposure of 1/320s and f/13 with an ISO of 200. The image was processed in Lightroom and cropped with a slight vignette. Clarity and texture were adjusted slightly, and a and a linear exposure gradient was applied to the foreground.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
