Belinda Raymond, Brown falcon on the hunt (September Theme: Birds)

My first trip to the western water treatment plant in Werribee l came across many birds. This Brown falcon was hunting along the salt bushes which line the bay. He hovered for quite a while allowing me to capture the remarkable patterns in his feathers. I feel truly blessed to have had this encounter.
