Michele Beresford, Blue Lake Reflections (LANDSCAPE 2023)

Brown Lake is situated on North Stradbroke Island off the coast of Brisbane, Queensland. This island is the world's second largest sand island , with this lake holding fallen Melaleuca and Tea-tree leaves, which taint the acidic water and sandy soil. The morning light has captured these beautiful reflections of the natural trees on the lake waters situated on Quandamooka people land.
