Faye Milligan, Bird Rock Lookout, Jan Juc (April theme: The ocean)

Bird Rock is high above the Sandstone Cliffs that front into Bass Strait, Victoria and is named after a distinctive rock formation down on the shore platform beneath the lookout. Looking east or left of Bird Rock is Jan Juc Surf Beach and looking west or right of Bird Rock is Bells Beach and South Side Beach. Surfers like to challenge themselves by climbing the large rock and jumping off into the ocean. The views in this whole area are very scenic.
