Keri Lockwood, Bedtime (SINGLE SHOT 2022)

This is a male native Blue Banded bee. They are solitary bees and in the evening they find a place to settle for the night by clinging to grass, leaves, sticks etc by tucking their legs in to their body and hanging on by their jaw. This one decided to settle for the night on a stalk of grass in my back yard.
