This 35mm film photograph captures the stillness of the beach at Tweed Heads. Thousands of footprints trace the sand, yet no one is present, highlighting a quiet solitude. The ocean stretches into the distance as a beautiful lonely space, a place of reflection and calm. Through this image I wanted to convey the traces we leave behind and the peaceful emptiness that follows, inviting the viewer to pause and feel the quiet rhythm of the shore and the fleeting presence of those who came before.
