Alicia Vaccaro, Ballarat Town Hall (ENTRIES CLOSED - April theme: Night light)

I was walking around town on a winter evening and saw this great view of the Town Hall. There were some bare tree branches in the middle of the nature strip which created the perfect frame for the photo. It reminded me of a haunted house with the orange lit up clock and street light.
