Mark Kriedemann, Balancing Orb (ENTRIES CLOSED - April theme: Night light)

The nearly full moon passes just over the tip of a temple spire in Bangkok, Thailand at the beginning of April 2026. While I was too late to get any sunset shots around the temple, I found a spot where the moon seemed to be passing in front of various temple spires. I then simply waited and shifted slightly to align the moon with the top of the spire to create a simple image with pleasing visual symmetry to mark the moon reaching it's fullness. I elected to use a deeper depth of field despite the low light so I'd get more of an impression of the spire while being focused on the moon at 400mm.
