Cameron Hanks, Absolutely Splendid (April theme: Shoot a magazine cover)

Everyone who's seen one of these beautiful little birds will know how quick they are as they dart in and around the low laying shrubs searching for food. As I was wandering back to the car I spotted this little guy in my peripherals, he didn't seem to mind my presence and as i fumbled to put my telephoto lens on he allowed me to snap a few photos before disappearing into the shrubs.
