Nilmini De Silva, A Study in Purple (May Theme: The Elegance of Nature)

We had so much rain last summer thanks to the La Nina weather event. The Agapanthus were blooming quite profusely in my garden having self seeded some years ago. I loved focussing on the detail of this flower that is actually quite common in the suburbs of Sydney.
