Monita Baird, A Faceless Society (CREATIVE 2022)

A lone man is in an alleyway. Illustrating a society that has become estranged from one another. There has become a loss and disconnection with advancements of technology, earthquakes in our city and pandemic. Isolating family, friends, with increase violence and loss of job and financial security. Light, contrasts, shadows, geometry and leading lines were important to illustrate in this composite image. I like how the final image looks superhero'ish or not depending on what the viewer wants to see.
