We seek out the world's most extraordinary wildlife, landscape and cultural experiences then tour small groups there in comfort, providing unique access away from the crowds with exclusive charter of ships, aircraft, vehicles and remote, luxury lodges for not only the most incredible, unhurried photography opportunities on Earth, but also an amazing holiday. Our friendly, professional photography guides are on hand to help you improve your photography (be that on a pro camera or just a smartphone) ensuring you get the best possible shots.
We're passionate about conservation too. Many of the incredible species we delight in sharing with you are endangered and many of the pristine environments under threat. We strongly believe in giving back - not only to the local people, but also directly to conservation and education projects. We are proud to donate many thousands of dollars to both community and wildlife projects around the world every year.
Founded by award-winning Australian Geographic photographer Chris Bray a decade ago, we've grown into one of the world's most respected small-group photography tour companies, with a global customer base and reputation for quality.
6 Reasons to Travel with Chris Bray Photography
More than 50% of our guests have already come away with us again on a second, third or even a ninth photo tour, so that’s a pretty solid indication that we're delivering what you want, the way you like it:
1. We take you away from the crowds.
No one wants traffic-jams around wildlife, people in your landscape photos, or careless tourists ruining the moment. We take you to the hidden gems.
2. The smallest groups around.
Most of our tours sell-out at just 8 guests and are assisted by two professional photographers.
3. Enjoy remote, luxury accommodation and great food
It's worth going the extra mile to stay in smaller, more remote lodges and private accommodation where you can relax – or just keep taking photos!
4. We organise unique access and opportunities
Doors-off helicopter and light aircraft charters; off-road filming permits to get you closer; ranger-escorted and after hours private access to special wildlife sites…
5. Our photography guides help you, not themselves
Unlike other operators, you won’t feel like you’re subsidising your host's personal photography trip!
6. Solo travellers welcome!
We can partner you up with a good roomie so there's no 'single supplement' fee, or organise a room to yourself for a little extra.
