Who won our December free monthly photo comp?
Congratulations to Deb Ford who has won our December ‘Motion’ photo competition with her striking image Playful, as judged by our guest judge, Photographer Anthony McKee.
There were some great images in December's Movement competition, but it was this photo of a small bird that grabbed my attention. Everything about this image is appealing, from the blur of the bird’s wings, the flick of droplets in the air, the golden tones shining through the pond and the soft bokeh. And finally we have this cute face staring still at us, as if we had interrupted his bath. Well done, Deb Ford!
Thanks to the amazing team at BenQ, Deb has won an amazing BenQ SW240 image-editing monitor: the monitor for a colour-critical workflow, featuring 99% adobe RGB, 14-bit 3D LUT and hardware calibration, with an RRP of $699.
Over on Facebook, our people's choice winner this month was taken out by Fabian Brandimarte, with his image 'Twists and Turns' bagging more than 150 likes.
