showing her mix of nature and urban images.
International award-winning photographer Sue Nicol is
staging her first solo exhibition of nature and urban images at Photonet
Gallery in Fairfield, northeast Melbourne, until October 6.
The exhibition
opened on Sunday, September 16, when about 100 visitors attended to see her 33
prints on display. The exhibition is diverse and reflects Nicol’s interests over a
lifetime.
Her enthusiasm for, and close observations of the Australian bush, street
art and city laneways, as well as of pattern, structure and form make up the basis of
the exhibition. See the Urban Life exhibition at Photonet Gallery, 15a Railway Place, Fairfield,
Vic. 3078 (behind the Bean Counter Cafe). Phone: 9018 3081. Email:

The gallery is open from 10am to 4pm Wednesday to
Saturday and 12 noon to 4pm Sunday. Meet the photographer on Sunday 23 September
and Sunday 30 September.
