Obama presidency photographer set to release photobook
The itinerant and varied life of a President is a lot to communicate. Pete Souza, former President Barack Obama's resident photographer, followed the man throughout his eight year term and has announced he intends to release a book featuring the cream of the crop of the images captured.
Approximately 300 behind the scenes images of the former POTUS will be featured out of the estimated two million Souza captured between 2009-2017.
The pictures will feature everything from Obama's meetings with global political heavyweights, to intimate snaps in the Oval Office, to cute baby pictures. Souza's intentions are to show Mr Obama “in all facets of his life.”
The book titled 'Obama: An Intimate Portrait: The Historic Presidency in Photographs' is slated to be published by Little, Brown, and Company on November 7th this year and you can preorder it here.
