Lowepro has produced a new
range of everyday bags for photographers who carry lots of electronic equipment, with purpose-built pockets for mirrorless camera kits, tablets, phones and chargers.
Lowepro says the StreamLine
series was designed to be a photographer’s daily bag, ideal for carrying a mirrorless camera and lens, tablet, smartphone and other essentials. Catering for technology
junkies, the bags have dedicated compartments for each device, with soft lining
and padding to help protect gear from dust, scratches and abrasion.
The
StreamLine 150 and 250 shoulder bags unzip at the bottom to expand the main
compartment and let users carry more personal items. The StreamLine Sling
unzips at the side for quick access to a camera and includes a tall,
stretch-mesh pocket for a water bottle.
"The StreamLine series is the ideal bag
for photographers who tend to carry a wide range of equipment, along with their
DSLR," said Brendan Lee, Maxwell International Australia Marketing Manager.
The
StreamLine Sling also has a side-zip compartment so a camera can be quickly retrieved,
and the stretch-mesh side pocket can hold a water bottle. Lowepro says the
bag's weather-resistant qualities and padded interiors are ideal for a camera,
tablet and smartphone. It can carry a CSC with a kit lens, an
extra lens, a 250mm tablet, a smartphone, and personal items. It weighs 0.8kg
and its interior space is 16cm x 10cm x 15cm. It retails for $79.95.
The StreamLine 150 weighs 0.6kg and its interior is
23 x 5.5 x 19cm. It costs $59.95. The StreamLine 250 weighs 0.8kg, has an
interior space measuring 28 x 5.5 x 20cm, and will sell for $69.95.
