Part of Scott Kelby's Worldwide Photo Walk, the event on October 5 is open to any photographer, regardless of what they choose to photograph with.

The Worldwide Photo Walk is a global movement that involves thousands of events all over the world celebrating the joy of photography, while also giving attendees the opportunity to donate to charity - with the Photo Walk choosing The Springs Of Hope Kenya Orphanage in 2024, an organisation that feeds, houses, educates, and empowers young orphans so that they can grow up to not just survive but succeed.

The events are free to attend, but Photo Walk organisers are asking each person who participates to donate to help make a difference in these children’s lives.

The walk in Melbourne hosted by the team at World Photo Adventures will start and finish at the Royal Botanical Gardens (Janet Lady Clarke Rotunda) from 8am.

There will be giveaways and tips, and it's a great chance to meet fellow photographers in Melbourne.

Best thing of all, it's free to attend, but you need to book here.
