Deadline Extended: Photographer of the Year 2025 entries now close October 19

Good news for photographers. You now have one more week to get your entries in for Australian Photography’s Photographer of the Year 2025 competition.

Originally set to close this Sunday, the deadline has been extended to Saturday, 19 October 2025, giving a little bit extra time to finalise and upload your images.

Now in its 12th year, Photographer of the Year is Australia’s largest competition for amateur photographers, offering more than $20,000 in cash and prizes across eight categories, including Landscape, People, Nature and Travel.
