AP's free monthly photo comp September '26 'Wheels' - The winners!

Congratulations to Chantelle Polley, and her image The Mini, which has won AP's free monthly photo comp for September.

We chose the image because it's a fun shot that shows the Mini in a quite beautiful environment, with the autumn leaves adding colour, texture and a lovely seasonal feel. The framing draws the viewer into the scene, while the overcast light brings out the detail in both the car and its surroundings. There's a wonderful sense of nostalgia to the image, with the Mini feeling right at home in its setting. It's a well-considered shot that tells a story rather than simply documenting a car.
