AP's free monthly photo comp May 2025 - Trees and Plants - the winners!

Comments Comments

Congratulations to N Hughes, who has won our free monthly photo comp for May with their image Survival.

The image stood out to us for its use of subtle colours and tones that really let the natural beauty of these gum trees shine. These trees in this environment are also a particularly challenging subject to shoot, requiring careful framing to avoid making the composition overly busy and messy, and N did well to manage these challenges. Well done.
