LomoChrome launches $35 Classicolor reloadable film camera

Lomography has announced the release of a new Simple Use Reloadable Film Camera, this time preloaded with its LomoChrome Classicolor film, offering an accessible entry point into analogue photography.

Aimed at beginners and casual shooters, the Simple Use Reloadable Film Camera LomoChrome Classicolor is designed for 'effortless experimentation' straight out of the box.

The camera features a built-in flash and includes three coloured gel filters, allowing photographers to add bold colour effects without any technical setup.

With its fixed-focus lens and lightweight, pocket-sized body, it is intended for everyday shooting, street photography and spontaneous creative use.

The preloaded LomoChrome Classicolor film is tuned for true-to-life colour reproduction, with softly blushing skin tones and a subtle vibrancy that gives images a polished yet lighthearted look.

Reds appear energetic without overwhelming the frame, while blues and greens remain clean and balanced. The film performs well in bright sunlight, delivering a gentle luminosity, and takes on warmer, earthier tones in lower light conditions.

Unlike traditional disposable cameras, the Simple Use Reloadable Film Camera is designed to be reused. Once the initial roll is finished, the camera can be reloaded with any standard 35mm film, reducing plastic waste and allowing for experimentation with different film stocks.

The new model joins Lomography’s broader 'Simple Use' family, which has grown steadily since its launch in 2017.

The range now includes several preloaded film options across colour negative, black and white and experimental colour-shifting emulsions, all built around the same reloadable camera platform.
