Eric Ward, The beauty of nature and night (Junior 2017)

I recently went on a trip to Bald Rock National Park and took some photos of the amazing landscape, both of nature and of night. All images were shot using a Nikon D90. The Milky Way image was 2 x 3200 ISO, 3.5 aperture and a 30" exposure stacked together using DSS (Deep Sky Stacker). The star trail was made using 26x ISO 3200, aperture 3.5 and 20" exposure stacked using StarTrails. All other images were single shot and non processed.

Images have been resized for web display, which may cause some loss of image quality. Note: Original high-resolution images are used for judging.
