February 2024 free monthly photo comp 'Windows': The winners!

Congratulations to Cheuk Ki Siu, Reflection and their image Reflection, which has taken out our free monthly photo comp for February. The theme was Windows.

Mike O'Connor, AP Ed. and this month's judge said Cheuk's image was a standout for its smart and creative use of light and shadow. 

"What I really liked about this shot was all parts of the frame draw the eye to the most interesting part - the window. It's been creatively edited with a deft hand to not over-do the shadow areas either. Well done."

Cheuk takes home a 12-month subscription to either AP or Capture mag as their prize for winning the comp this month.

We also selected two special mentions, Kerrie Norynberg, In the light of the window and Stephen Sharkey, Neighbours. 

Over on Facebook, our People's choice was taken out by Charles George, with his image Gamcheon Village taking out the vote with 66 at competition close. Charles wins a digital subscription to AP or Capture.
