Who won our 'Landscape' comp for November?

Huge congratulations to Danielle Watson, winner of the October 'Landscape' competition with her entry 'Fire'.

Nearly 1000 images were entered in the monthly competition, with so many great shots shortlisted we couldn't fit them all here!

This month's guest judge, landscape pro photographer Kieran Stone, chose Danielle's image as the overall winner:

The contrasting colours and the well balanced composition instantly grab your attention. Although the sharp details of the foreground rock try to steal the show, the star is undoubtedly the silhouette of the distant tree. It reaches out into the fiery sky that holds the cool tones of the shadows at bay.

This month's People's Choice winner, with more than 700 Facebook likes, was Denn Jib Siblos with his image 'Hanging Rock Radiance'

Huge congratulations to Danielle and Denn Jib who have both won a CR-30 Mini Compact Panoramic Head valued at $219 thanks to our friends Sunwayfoto.
