Kiwi Fruit

Forbidden Rainforest
by Cara Emery While wandering along a long and windy dirt path amongst lush green foliage I came to a halt. After discovering this amazing waterfall I took a quick photograph. To me it is so beautiful and untouched by humans, almost as if I wasn't supposed to be here seeing this for my own eyes. This photograph does not do it justice but I am grateful for even just a glimpse.
FLOWER STUDY
by Mardi Harrison TAKEN IN OUR COTTAGE GARDEN OF SOME SCABIOSA BUDS.
Limes in Crystal
by Carmel Price Our backyard lime tree is overloaded and dropping fruit. Whilst my husband was making Lime Brandied Marmalade (yum !), I grabbed a lime and set up this shot on the dining room table using a small inexpensive light tent. I used the light tent's accompanying 2 small lights as side lights, the on-camera flash and a Canon Speedlite 580EXII as a slave flash firing down through the roof of the light tent.

Deep Thought
by Jack Salzke I took this shot just after I'd finished mowing my lawn, I saw this grass hopper jump out of the way of the mower, so I ran inside, grabbed my camera and started to shoot this guy. I put this shot up is because of the fact the grass hopper started to scratch his head as I was shooting him, I don't know why, but I think it makes for an interesting shot.
